The Role
• Guide Agile development efforts towards successful project delivery for a critical program.
• Mentor, coach, and direct a team of senior developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Oversee technical aspects of program execution, including PI Planning, technical grooming, and architecture definition.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless development, testing, and deployment cycles.
• Communicate development progress and program status to government customers.
• Remain hands-on with development, contributing as a senior developer when needed.
What You’ll Need
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with full-stack development technologies including Java, Springboot, Angular, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, EKS), CI/CD practices, and DevOps frameworks.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and best practices in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and government stakeholders.

131,300 – 237,350 per year
