Job Details Management Associate: CA Fresher position 0 – 1 Yrs Mumbai MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE Job description Role Purpose:Establishing controls and checks to ensure a robust Investment Compliance and building up a comprehensive information system for internal and external reportingOrganization Context: Back Office Investment Compliance role with day to day coordination with Fund Accounting and Treasury teamFront office Support Continuous support to Front office in terms of regulatory reference and updateOne point contact for all the investment related reporting and regulatory updatesTeam Support Back up to the team members to ensure that there is no break in the normal functioning of the teamCoordination with Actuary and Finance team on a regular basis Key Accountabilities1. Investment Compliance with Regulatory and internal limits. It includes SOD, intra day and EOD checks on limits to ensure proactive compliance with- Investment Regulations prescribed by IRDAInsurance Act (Investment related)Technical Guide to audit of investment function of insurersFund specific investment policy 2. Risk Management framework to ensure proper controls are in placeMarket Risk Computing various portfolio returnsRegular limits monitoring and Exception Reporting. Also reporting on movement of prices. Credit Risk- Capture instrument ratings to enable generate statement of downgraded Investments.Monitor various regulatory limits on exposure & RatingTrack of movement of Securities between Approved and Other Investments Status VaR, Performance attribution etc3. Fund Performance Tracking Actual returnsCompounded annualized growth returns (CAGR returns)Benchmark performanceTime-weighted rate of return 4.
