About the Role
 
As a Manager, you will function as a high-impact generalist responsible for driving strategic initiatives that contribute to our GMV and expansion of our user, seller, and creator base. You will own end-to-end problem-solving for your workstream, managing both demand and supply-side challenges while ensuring operational excellence. This role requires high fungibility, as you will navigate various sub-organizations to implement programs that make the platform more lucrative for both users and partners.

What you will do

Strategy & Problem Solving: Identify 10x impact opportunities and build conviction through opportunity sizing and early experiments to scale a charter.
 
End-to-End Ownership: Own the ideation, implementation, and P&L (or key business metrics) for your relevant workstream.
 
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, and Legal to deliver on business objectives.
 
Program Management: Optimize processes, mitigate risks, and align cross-functional pods to drive efficiency in large-scale programs.
 
Data-Driven Execution: Dive deep into complex program details, track business-critical metrics (KPIs/KRs), and present detailed solutions to senior leadership.
 
Operational Excellence: Manage project schedules, remove roadblocks, and continuously improve processes for better efficiency and completeness.

What you will need

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top-tier institute.
 
Experience: 3–5+ years of relevant experience in Strategy & Ops, Management Consulting, or a high-growth startup environment.
 
Analytical Aptitude: Strong problem-first thinking with the ability to break down complex statements into actionable components.
 
Executional Experience and P&L/KPI Ownership: Demonstrated executional experience in driving initiatives end-to-end, along with ownership of business KPIs and/or P&L metrics, with accountability for measurable outcomes.
 
Communication: Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to generate buy-in from senior stakeholders and external partners.
 
Leadership: People management skills and the ability to advocate for user-driven decisions while thinking critically and executing tactically.
