  • Short Term Assignment (STA) : Master Planning Analyst Duration : (9 Months – 1 Year) Expectations Generation of Yearly Master Plan, Monthly and Weekly Production Plan Capacity Planning review Production scheduling to ensure continuity of supply Key Responsibilities Master Planning Develop monthly and weekly production plan by converting demand forecast and taking into account capacity available. Derive optimum batch sizes for production based on demand variability and lowest cost of production and capacity available Revise plans to incorporate changes in customer priorities Closely interact with procurement and plan for supply of raw material and packaging materials as per production plan Conduct Root Cause Analysis of any shortages in fulfilment of demand Planning System & Processes Ownership of Planning Parameters in SAP for Correct Production Planning Documentation of planning processes and changes if any Conduct business analysis and reviews related to Supply and Production Drive supply chain excellence and best practices Collaborative Planning & Replenishment Participate in S&OP routines with bottlers, highlight issues and bottlenecks Lead the Monthly SPP process Support Long range planning activities Support MRB- Material Review Board – shelf life activities for write off avoidance Key Interactions Internal Plant Leadership Team, Production, Warehouse, Quality, Materials Management, Product Portfolio, Customer Service, Demand Planning External Other CPS Plants, OU team Experience Required Minimum 2-4 years in SC function in manufacturing set up Working knowledge of SAP R/3 is must, knowledge of S/4 will be advantage Proficient in MS Excel Educational Requirements Bachelors degree in Engineering preferred Skills: Master Planning; Prioritization; Production Scheduling; Planning Activities; Planning Systems Our Purpose and Growth Culture: We are taking deliberate action to nurture an inclusive culture that is grounded in our company purpose, to refresh the world and make a difference.
