We are looking for an experienced Share Point Professional to manage and troubleshoot SharePoint servers, monitor performance, and assist with migration to SharePoint Online, with a primary focus on on-premises administration. This hybrid role requires being in the office three days a week and involves maintaining content, administering site creation and deletion, handling upgrades and patches, managing storage, and configuring SharePoint.

Description
- Monitor server health, utilization, memory, and overall performance, including periodic reviews of Event Viewer and Performance Monitor.
- Determine and implement general patching strategies for SharePoint servers across development, UAT, and production environments.
- Analyze SharePoint content and storage, set up alerts, enforce policies, and manage disaster recovery for SharePoint servers.
- Rebuild servers to ensure updates to .NET framework, Windows security, and patching are applied.
- Oversee third-party tools, services, and applications, configure workflows, address web site permission issues, and review search architecture for indexing and crawling.
Profile
- Extensive experience with SharePoint administration and the SharePoint Admin Console.
- Proficiency with certificates, IIS, and understanding of Infoblox, DNS, and aliases.
- Required knowledge of Azure DevOps/TFS and Windows Server maintenance, with skills in Windows PowerShell scripting.
- Networking and network security expertise, alongside programming skills in .NET and C#.
- Familiarity with web development technologies, including Angular/React, HTML, and SQL; DocAve knowledge is a plus but can be taught in-house.
