Senior Software Engineer, Frontend | New York, NY (In-Office) | $160k-$210k + equityWe're rebuilding resortpass.com's web experience — ~75% of pages this year. You'd own the highest-traffic surfaces (SRP, DLP), set the Next.js App Router patterns the team follows for the next 5 years, and lead the rewrite driving Core Web Vitals, SEO, and conversion. Senior title, Staff-leaning scope — clear path to Tech Lead across Marketplace Core, Growth, and Hotels. 2/3 of traffic is web, so this work is genuinely business-critical, and it's also the launchpad for AI features (concierge chatbot, AI spa booker).Stack: Next.js 16 (App Router), React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind, shadcn/ui, Playwright, Datadog. Backend touchpoints in Rails/Node/Postgres/Mongo on AWS.Looking for: 6+ yrs shipping production web apps, deep React + modern SSR/hybrid architecture chops, and a track record leading high-traffic rewrites/migrations with measurable wins (CWV, SEO, conversion, reliability).
