We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer who is passionate about designing, developing, and deploying Odoo applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Odoo module customization, integrations, and ERP workflows (especially in Accounting, Sales, and Inventory modules).
Key Responsibilities:Develop new modules and customize existing Odoo modules as per business requirements. Work on end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP systems — from requirement gathering to deployment. Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs. Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices. Troubleshoot and debug technical issues across Odoo modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional consultants, QA, UI/UX) for smooth project delivery. Perform version upgrades, maintenance, and deployment activities (Linux, Odoo.sh, Docker). Create technical documentation for modules and workflows.
Must-Have Skills:Strong programming experience in Python, PostgreSQL, XML Expertise in Odoo ORM and custom module development Good understanding of MVC architecture and Odoo framework internals
Good-to-Have Skills:Experience with JavaScript/OWL, QWeb, and API integrations Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Django) Understanding of ERP workflows like Accounting, Sales, and Inventory Bonus Skills:Knowledge of ERP domain and business process flows Hands-on experience in deployment (Linux, Odoo.sh, Docker) Contribution to the Odoo Community (optional but appreciated)
