Overview: To provide efficient and accurate HR administrative support across all employee lifecycle activities, ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations.
Responsibilities:
Keep employee records accurate and up to date in our HR system
Process recruitment administration: job postings, interview scheduling, responses to candidates
Complete recruitment checks as part of the pre-onboarding process
When checks completed prepare contract information and onboarding documentation
Manage Annual Leave and maintain the holiday booking system (Absentify)
Ensure policies and procedures are reviewed and kept up to date with changing legislation
Provide information about monthly payroll changes / actions to the payroll provider
Support offboarding and exit processes
Answer employee questions on policies and procedures
Provide HR support/advice to the Leadership Team
Keep organisation charts updated
Support other projects eg Quality standards accreditation
Assist with monthly newsletter and other communications
Qualifications:
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Good knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation
Ideally at least 3 years HR experience
Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Schedule: Part-time, Up to 20 hours/week, with some overlap required with US, Europe, or Australia time zones.
