Production Engineer

  Responsibilities

·      Understanding of non-ferrous metallurgy, and furnace performance.

·      Knowledge of furnace control, GDC casting, Green sand moulding, moulding & core materials, scrap reduction, and team management

·      Manage furnace operations, monitor molten metal temperatures, control alloy compositions and pouring. Copper, brass and bronze. Oversee moulding, Control of Sand properties, Shell/ Cold box Core making and shop-floor operations to ensure casting high-quality copper, bronze and brass components.

Qualifications

·      Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or Production

·      Should have 3 years’ experience in Production
