Project Manager



Job Description

Leads and manages internal and external resources where needed to deliver on product development, equipment systems and other projects as defined by the business.

Collaborates internally with Marketing, Engineering, Sourcing and Operations to build project scope and plans.

Interface with customers to assure accurate and timely communication of project status, delivery and installation.

Develops project milestones and KPI’s.

Ensures alignment and needed organizational resources are available to achieve project goals based on resource planning tools with key stakeholders.

Delegate tasks and ensure follow up

Creates, shares and maintains project documentation.

Provides monthly reporting of project progress, reports and escalates issues to key stakeholders and performs risk management.

Apply the ITW Principles 80/20 and USa to eliminate complexity and improve profitability of the company. Participate in teams and play a lead role in the collection and analysis of data for these projects.
