Job Title: React Developer (Banking Domain Experience Required)

Location: McLean / Richmond, VA – 5 days onsite

Experience: 10 Years

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled React Developer with strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, and AWS Cloud, along with solid experience in the Banking/Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building secure, scalable, and high-performance banking applications. Experience in Golang is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop responsive, scalable web applications using React.js.
• Build and maintain backend services using Node.js.
• Develop and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, etc.).
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and banking stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement secure coding practices aligned with banking and regulatory standards (PCI-DSS, SOX, GDPR where applicable).
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party banking systems.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipeline integration, and DevOps processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system reliability.
• (Optional/Plus) Develop microservices using Golang.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 10 years of experience in frontend development with React.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• 5+ years of backend development experience using Node.js (Express/NestJS preferred).
• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding of OAuth2, JWT, API Security, and authentication mechanisms.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
• Strong experience in the Banking/Financial Services domain (Retail Banking, Payments, Lending, Treasury, Core Banking, Digital Banking platforms).
