Job Description:

• We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented React Developer with strong React.js experience to design and develop modern, responsive, and user-friendly web applications.
• The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of user-cantered design principles, frontend development best practices, and the ability to transform wireframes and mock-ups into high-quality, production-ready interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
• Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces that deliver an exceptional user experience.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and developers to gather requirements and translate them into engaging UI designs.
• Develop responsive web applications using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Convert Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch designs into reusable React components.
• Create and maintain reusable UI components and design systems.
• Ensure applications are optimized for performance, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design improvements.
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate REST APIs.
• Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, frontend technologies, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor” degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Design, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design and frontend development.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Responsive Web Design.
• Experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries.
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of Git and modern development workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
