MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Licensure as a professional civil engineer with the Minnesota Board of Architecture, Engineering, Land Surveying, Landscape Architecture, Geoscience, and Interior Design (AELSLAGID) or ability to obtain licensure through reciprocity. (If obtaining licensure through comity (reciprocity), a practice pending letter from AELSLAGID must be provided to MnDOT HR prior to starting employment.) Project management skills sufficient to lead and train staff in managing workloads, scope, and schedule as well as to provide guidance to consultants and contractors. Knowledge of Right of Way processes and products. Engineer Graduate 2 Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related degree from an ABET accredited college or university or equivalent AND two years of post-graduation civil engineering experience; OR A Masters degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college/university or equivalent AND one year of post-graduation civil engineering experience. AND A passing score on the Fundamentals of Engineering exam.
