what will you do:
as the risk team member you will be responsible for managing risk strategy and containing credit losses at Prefryou will be responsible for building different credit risk policies using different scorecards and modelspolicies include approve/ decline block/unblock pricing limit assignment etcworking closely with collections and operations team to ensure the feedback loop is closed and learnings are relayed into our credit decisioning strategiesworking closely with technology and product teams to ensure right implementation of credit policies in the system through testing and due diligenceconstantly assess effectiveness of existing credit policies through portfolio deep dive and segment analysis and recommend changes in policies if requiredbuilding and publishing portfolio monitoring reports/dashboards with risk matrices on a regular basis and providing key insightscalculate loss provision for the portfolios and provide loss forecasting of future monthsprovide support with data and insights on risk for lender onboarding lender reviews internal risk committee reviews etccreate product programs and policy documents with subsequent changes and version controlsyou should apply if you have/are:
2-4 years of strong analytical monitoring execution experience in banks/NBFCs/fintechs proficient in SQL pythonprior retail credit experience will be strongly preferred followed by any experience on underwriting in proximate fields like unsecured loans insurance working capital loans etc have the ability to analyze and solve complicated problems and distil that complexity into simple and concise communicationstrong written and verbal communication skills🚀 Ready to Apply for risk analyst?
