Responsibilities
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for SharePoint/SharePoint Online.
• Responsible for the design, deployment, maintenance, configuration, and sustainment of the datacenter applications and systems.
• Serves as a senior specialist for the management/monitoring system supported responsible for system design and engineering; leads investigation and diagnosis, workaround enactment, root cause analysis and resolution for all incidents and problems.
• Supports development and reporting on application performance.
• Duties include an emphasis on automation and advanced scripting.
• Candidate must be an IAT II level contractor and possess general knowledge pertaining to multiple technical disciplines (Hardware, Networking, Storage, OS, Virtualization, etc.), Windows and Linux System Administration, SharePoint Enterprise configuration and management, Enterprise ITSM queue operations
• Experience with the configuration of data center monitoring and management solutions, intermediate knowledge of datacenter virtualization systems, fundamental understanding of ITIL Processes.
• Scripting expertise desired. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
• Requires 10-12 years with Bachelors Degree or 8-10 with a Masters.
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
• IAT II Certification (Security+)
• Requires demonstrated skills, ability and knowledge of SharePoint and SharePoint Online administration, implementation, design and development
• Requires demonstrated skills, ability and knowledge of Power Platforms design and development
• Requires experience working with power apps, power automate and power bi
• Requires experience implementing cybersecurity requirements (DODSTIG) and patching to limit operational impact and achieve security compliance
• Requires experience planning and executing SharePoint upgrades and improvements including SPO migrations
• Requires experience planning and executing system updates to support Customer custom content and ability to support customer troubleshooting and implementation
• Requires experience with ITIL/ITSM principles and processes for enterprise system management including experience using an ITSM management tool such as BMC Remedy
• Requires strong organizational skills to operate independently, plan system changes, and implement system changes on an enterprise level
