We’re looking for a self-starter who thrives on ownership and loves building beautiful, performant, and scalable web experiences. You’ll lead the frontend efforts for Commotion’s product suite — helping shape the product, architecture, and engineering culture as we scale.
What you’ll do
• Lead the design and development of our frontend systems using React, Redux, and TypeScript
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to ship high-quality features fast
• Own frontend architecture and guide technical best practices
• Mentor junior developers and help drive the team’s technical direction
• Ensure performance, accessibility, and scalability across our platform
What we’re looking for
• 5+ years of experience in frontend development (React/Redux/TypeScript)
• Strong understanding of modern web architecture and state management
• Experience leading projects end-to-end — from planning to production
• A proactive mindset with a focus on ownership and delivery
• Bonus: experience with design systems, marketing automation, or SaaS platforms
