  • Interested candidates kindly apply before 21st November.CV must be in pdf format, saved with your first name.Job Title: Service Now Trainee ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for working to develop, design and own technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ServiceNow Developer will provide administration, application development, maintenance, and technical support Configure / Customize robust solutions to the client utilizing the ServiceNow platform and web programming techniques Provide software coding and customization including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third party software integrations, and custom application development Update and maintain a comprehensive testing protocol for ServiceNow instance upgrades with the purpose of certifying all applications for use after the upgrade completes Obtain and analyze/interpret business requirements to purpose sustainable solutions in ServiceNow. Answer “how to” technical and application configuration questions. Develop, maintain, and execute reports to ensure system operation meets performance targets. Basic understanding of testing concepts, testing standards and best practices Complete other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 60% marks throughout in academics. Applicants with Professional Degree having sound technology knowledge. Familiar with programming languages – Java/.NET/Python, OOPs etc. Knowledge and Proficiency using SQL language Well Trained in ServiceNow Administration and Development from reputed Training Institutions Proficient in ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge and Service Request Management) and ITOM modules of ServiceNow. Should have completed at least one live project on ITSM Good to have ITOM live project experience Should be proficient in User Interface (UI) Policies/Actions, Business Rules, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, Glide Application Program Interface (API) stack, Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, HTML, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAM Proficient in developing / customizing core ITSM applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge and Service Request Managements Certifications (Certified System Administrator) in ServiceNow is a plus Good understanding of the software development lifecycle, and the relevance of different tools at different stages of the development lifecycle. Good to have knowledge in web front-end technologies & frameworks Working knowledge of MS Office (PPT, Excel, Word) Aware of basic design principles, and able to understand designsPREFERRED SKILLS:CSA (Certified System Administrator), CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) – ITSM / ITOMBEHAVIORAL ATTRIBUTES: Demonstrates a “can do ” attitude and is willing to stretch self to achieve and exceed defined goals/targets Displays awareness of customers’ stated needs and gives priority to meeting and exceeding customer expectations within stipulated time Explains ideas clearly and logically to others and is attentive in interactions Identifies the target audience for communication and carefully listens to their opinions and feedback Ability to work in TeamsWe are no longer accepting applications for this ad.
