Software Engineer (TypeScript / React)

The Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain cloud-native web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, and NestJS. The successful candidate will integrate software solutions with relational databases, support production environments on AWS, and drive data quality. The engineer will work collaboratively in an agile scrum environment, contributing to deployment automation, documentation, and supporting testing activities.

• Develop and maintain cloud‑native web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript, following modern modular architecture practices.
• Build backend services with NestJS and integrate with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or Aurora, using ORM tools for schema and migration management.
• Implement and manage AWS-native infrastructure including Lambda, API Gateway, S3, ECS/Fargate, and support automated deployments via CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CloudFormation/CDK.
• Apply secure development practices aligned with NIST standards, integrating MFA solutions (e.g., Okta, CyberArk) and ensuring compliance throughout the SDLC.
• Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment, supporting CI/CD workflows (GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus), troubleshooting issues, and partnering with testers to ensure high‑quality delivery.

Qualifications:

• Must have an active Secret clearane or above
• TypeScript, React, and Next.js for modern frontend development.
• NestJS backend development with Oracle/PostgreSQL/Aurora using TypeORM/Prisma.
• AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, ECS/Fargate) and IaC tools (CloudFormation/CDK).
• CI/CD experience with GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus, and AWS deployment pipelines.
• Secure development practices aligned with NIST, including MFA integrations (Okta, CyberArk).
