Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer where you will have the opportunity to develop custom software solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices. You will be a key contributor in designing and enhancing components across systems or applications, ensuring they meet specific business needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science
• 5 years of experience in Java
• 5 years of experience in Oracle PLSQL
• 5 years of experience in AWS Spring Boot
• Prior work experience in the Banking Financial industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
• Advanced proficiency in Spring Boot
• Advanced proficiency in Oracle Applications PLSQL
• Client Communication skills
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, taking responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Apply deep technical knowledge to design and implement robust software components that meet business requirements.
• Support and guide team members by sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Analyze complex challenges and propose innovative solutions that improve system performance and reliability.
• Engage with stakeholders to align technical approaches with business goals and project timelines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance development processes and quality standards.
