Senior Frontend Developer – OneQA

We are looking for a senior Frontend Developer to join our OneQA team. In this

role, you are expected to work with a team of highly skilled software engineers

to build new features and modernize and maintain the OneQA platform, with a

strong emphasis on React, Redux, and Node.js, and an AI-first approach to

software development.

Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive web applications for the

OneQA platform using React and Redux.

* Build and maintain Node.js based services and APIs, including real-time

features using SignalR where applicable.

* Champion an AI-first approach to development, using AI-assisted coding,

testing, and review tools to accelerate delivery and improve quality.

* Understand and promote Scrum/Agile.

* Work quickly to implement features with a focus on quality code.

* Provide technical guidance for more junior developers.

* Support QA, deployment, and cloud operations efforts on AWS.

* Work effectively in a globally dispersed team.

Technical Competencies

* 5 or more years of front-end/full-stack development experience with

proficiency in:

1. JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+)

2. ReactJS (Hooks, Context API, component architecture)

3. Redux / Redux Toolkit

4. Node.js

5. RESTful APIs & Microservices

6. SignalR (nice-to-have) for real-time communication

7. HTML5, CSS3, responsive & cross-browser design

8. AWS (Lambda, S3, EC2, API Gateway, CloudFront, etc.)

9. AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) and prompt

engineering for accelerated development

10. Git / version control

11. Unit & integration testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Enzyme)
