Job Title: Solution Architect – Sanity CMS

Location: Bethesda, MD (Onsite – 5 Days) – Preferred local candidates

Duration: Contract

Job Description:
• 12 to 18 years overall experience in digital enterprise platform delivery
• 4 to 6 years of experience in headless CMS composable architecture implementations
• Strong handson experience with Sanity CMS or similar headless CMS platforms
• Proven experience in onsiteoffshore delivery models and clientfacing roles
• Experience in designing enterprise portals digital platforms and integration ecosystems

Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary technical lead for clientfacing architecture discussions discovery workshops and solution governance
• Translate business needs into scalable composable architectures while guiding offshore teams and key stakeholders
• Define and govern Sanity CMS architecture including studio configuration schema design and dataset strategy
• Drive reusable content models governance standards and efficient APIdriven content delivery using best practices
• Define endtoend solution architecture across frontend Sanity CMS backend services and enterprise integrations
• Establish APIfirst scalable design principles that meet performance availability and business requirements
• Architect secure and scalable integrations between Sanity CMS and enterprise platforms such as CRM identity loyalty and backend systems
• Define API webhook and eventdriven integration patterns to ensure interoperability consistency and extensibility
• Provide technical direction to offshore teams across CMS frontend backend and DevOps through architecture reviews and solution validations
• Ensure alignment to coding standards CMS best practices architectural guidelines and coordinated delivery across workstreams
• Guide frontend teams to integrate effectively with Sanity CMS APIs for scalable SEOfriendly and highperformance digital experiences
• Align CMS structure with UX personalization and omnichannel delivery needs to enable efficient content consumption
• Define CICD environment and release strategies for reliable CMS application delivery
• Establish security compliance performance and risk controls to ensure reliable and governed CMS solution delivery

MustHave Skills
• Strong expertise in Sanity CMS Studio Content Lake datasets APIs
• Handson experience in schema modelling and structured content architecture
• Expertise in GROQ querying and APIdriven CMS integrations

Strong understanding of
• Headless CMS and composable architectures
• APIfirst and microservicesbased design

Experience with
• Frontend frameworks React Nextjs or equivalent
• REST APIs webhooks and system integrations
• Cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP

Strong knowledge of
• DevOps practices and CICD pipelines
• Performance optimization and scalability design

Good to Have Skills
• Experience in hospitality travel domain platforms

Exposure to
• Personalization and analytics platforms
• Multisite multibrand CMS implementations
• Familiarity with DXP ecosystems and composable stacks
