Description
Creating Advanced FO Applications: Develop complex FO (Front Office) applications tailored to specific needs.
Conducting Thorough Testing: Implement and carry out comprehensive testing to ensure the developed software functions correctly.
Analyzing Business Needs: Interpret business requirements and draft detailed specifications for software development.
Collaborating on Batch Processing: Manage and coordinate with other teams to oversee batch processing and address job failures effectively.
Profile
Extensive Java Expertise: Over 6 years of experience with Java (SE and EE) and 3+ years with messaging technologies like JMS.
Database Proficiency: 3+ years of experience with database management and writing data access layers, preferably with SQL Server.
Framework and Tools Experience: Skilled in using Spring, Maven, and automated testing tools.
Real-Time Integration Knowledge: Experienced in integrating with third-party systems such as Murex and NuvoPrime.
Architectural and Design Skills: Strong abilities in software architecture and design, with a proven track record of leading projects from start to finish.
Educational and Communication Strengths: Possess a strong educational background (BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field) and excellent communication skills for articulating ideas and solutions clearly.
This individual must be able to interview onsite in New York City.
