This is a contractual position for 1 year and incumbent will report to TA Lead. Key Responsibilities : End to End RecruitmentYou will take care of full circle of recruitment including but not limited to: sourcing, screening, selection process, offer and pre-offer engagement, stakeholder management etc.Candidate Management Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates’ qualifications and suitability for open positions.Stakeholder ManagementPartner closely with hiring managers and senior executives to ensure alignment on candidate requirements and expectations.Interview CoordinationSchedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Talent PipeliningBuild and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.Employer BrandingContribute to building and promoting the company’s employer brand to attract top talent.Data ManagementMaintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and recruitment metrics.Interview Process Coordinate and manage complex interview processes, including multiple rounds of interviews and assessment tools.Offer Negotiation Facilitate and assist in the negotiation of compensation packages and employment terms with selected candidates.Onboarding Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding process for newly hired leaders.Market ResearchStay informed about industry trends and competitor practices in talent acquisition.Desired Skills & KnowledgeExcellent communication skills, oral and written.Strong learning agility and proactive. Adaptability:Flexibility to navigate changing hiring priorities and evolving organizational needs.Strong planning, relationship building, presentation, project management, and organization skillsStrong problem solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environment;Willingness to stretch Good team-work and can-do spirit;About AonAon Plc is a leading global professional services firm providing a broad range of risk, retirement and health solutions.
