Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing: Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals. Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assist with candidate assessments. Interview Coordination: Assist in scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and arranging logistics. Employer Branding: Support employer branding initiatives to attract qualified candidates. Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Assist in HR Processes: Support various HR processes, such as onboarding and offboarding.
