WoodMac.com Wood Mackenzie brand video Job Description This role will sit within our global Talent Acquisition team and play a key role in building business lines as we continue our transformation to change the way we power our planet. Please note This role is being offered on an initial 1-year fixed term contract. You’ll be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting top talent for our organisation, working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs whilst ensuring candidates receive a positive experience, from initial contact to onboarding. As part of your role, you will Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, regularly arranging both face-to-face and conference meetings to gain a greater understanding of their business area and requirements. Carry out focused searches and screening for appropriate candidates against job specifications and/or client requirements utilising internal candidate databases, job boards, LinkedIn, networking, etc. You will be a diversity champion and ensure inclusion is a core value of the talent agenda, continuing to build on the broad demographic across Wood Mackenzie. Everyone is welcome at Wood Mackenzie Youll have excellent working conditions in our Delhi office with a friendly working atmosphere and excellent company culture Qualifications You are a recruiter who has demonstrable experience leading the cradle-to-grave recruitment cycle and the provision of exceptional candidate experience. You will be comfortable operating domestically & providing seamless stakeholder engagement. You will have gained experience in an agency and/or in-house TA team and thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment. Additional requirements Experience of delivering end-to-end recruitment strategies to meet client SLAs. Two or three years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role An understanding of recruitment best practice tools and methodologies (e.g. job profiling, sourcing, selection and assessment). Proven experience and understanding of pre-employment vetting procedures including right to work in the UK. Up-to-date knowledge of market intelligence and industry trends (e.g. new technology, recruitment metrics, and legislative changes).
