Capsicum is looking for a UI/X designer to design websites, dashboards and app screens, capture feedback and optimize digital experiences for our clients. Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with the teams. Create research based User Personas, UX Journeys and Product Flow. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, user flows, process flows and sitemaps. Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets. Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like. Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables). Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness). Create style standards & design guides for fonts, colors and images. Lead objective driven brainstorm sessions. Collaborate with internal teams to create optimize user experience. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thoughts and perspective for adoption where appropriate. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an agency primarily working with clients. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design. Experience using design software such as Photoshop and Illustrator, Adobe Premier & InDesign. Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations Demonstrated high attention to detail. Good English Communication skills, Verbal and written. Strong typography skills. Technical aptitude (i.e., learn new applications quickly). Strong teamwork ethic (works amicably with others). Ability to accept feedback and take actions to rectify as and when required.
