Title: US Recruiter Fresher (Only locals) Location: Hyderabad Location: AS,Rao Nagar Hyderabad /Remote Responsibilities and Duties: As a Recruiter you need to be able to identify/screen/qualify candidates for IT positions. Also review and present resumes to hiring managers. Should be responsible for Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating the candidates. Should be able to maintain Foster long-term relationships with candidates. Review and understand technical job requirements. Research on new technologies. Follow up with candidates. Ability to build strong relationships. Ability to learn and know the new technologies in the market. Required: Qualification : Graduate/PG Willing to work at Night Shifts. Excellent English Communication skills- both verbal and written. Fair knowledge of technology. Must be self-motivated and must possess good attitude. Self-confidence and self-starter. Must be able to work in a team.
