Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for an Warehouse Management Systems Analyst based in Orangeburg, New York.

The role:

You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert and primary contact for existing WMS solution and related IT ecosystem. You will also support and actively collaborate with Operations to drive improvements and enhance Warehouse processes by providing statistical analytics.

Additionally, you will manage and lead the functional and business continuous improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness, and you will develop mastery of the end-to-end system flow for Order Fulfillment process.

What you ll do:

In an environment where information and systems are critical in delivering Clarins world class prestige products to our clients, your skills and experience in supporting and maintaining warehouse management systems will be pivotal in the successful fulfillment of that mission. Our clients and retailers expect top-notch delivery and Clarins Infor WMS is at the heart of ensuring that we are successful in that mission. You will be a key player, working with a collaborative and inclusive team to enhance our utilization of the tool, drive efficiency and quality in data operations, and act as the point person for the Operations team to drive enhancements and stability.

  • Primary responsibility is to ensure the INFOR WMS is leveraged to optimize Warehouse Operations and meet customer needs. This includes ensuring that platform architecture is both flexible and robust to sustain the existing orders and expected growth.

  • Responsible for overall Infor WMS systems integrity, partnering with third party support and Operations function to ensure orders are prioritized, processed, and completed in the systems of record.

  • Responsible for ensuring the IT ecosystem supporting the picking operations teams is effectively enabling the flow of orders and advising Sr Operations Managers for 3PL services and Owned Brand distribution on efficiency and system improvements that will support operational goals.

  • Responsible for understanding and analyzing Warehouse data and data flows, providing necessary reports and KPIs, and providing recommendations gleaned from this analysis.

  • Responsible for the comprehensive disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity plan (BCP) in place to effectively meet the current and future business expectations.

You have:

  • Bachelor s Degree

  • Minimum 5 years of experience

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (required) with moderate to advanced skills in Excel (preferred)

  • Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (Infor WMS, ION and BIRT experience is a plus)

  • Proficiency in SQL and SQL Server (certification is a plus)

  • Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.

Salary: $110,000-$120,000
