Smadex is seeking a Client Growth Manager to lead and develop a portfolio of clients across North America, driving measurable revenue growth, deepening client relationships, and unlocking new scale opportunities through cross-sells and up-sells.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of Account Management, Client Growth, or equivalent experience
- Strong programmatic knowledge including MMPs, tracking links, postbacks, APIs, SKAN/ATT, and DSP/SSP ecosystem familiarity
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Analytical strength and operational discipline
- Proactive, self-motivated growth mindset
- Strong negotiation skills and confidence in managing client expectations
- Comfort working across global time zones (particularly Smadex Barcelona HQ) and collaborating with multicultural teams
- Ability and willingness to travel (valid passport required)
