Requirements
- Proven engineering impact in complex, cloud-based systems
- LLM expertise with at least 2 years of hands-on work in production
- Experience with evaluation frameworks for LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems
- Pragmatic judgment over novelty
- Ability to design systems and solutions in complex, high-scale environments
- Skilled communicator
