- Analysis, Development, Automate System test scenarios for Core networking products.
- System testing using extreme agile methodology
- Handling customer escalations
- Responsible for the product quality & deliverables for new features and handling customer issues
- Take ownership of FURPS (Functionality, Usability, Reliability, Performance & Stability) of features/components.
- Product Integration activities in making release qualification
- Contribute to R&D efficiency improvements
- Demonstrates independence and raises innovative ideas
- Meet the relevant project quality targets and objectives
