Eligibility Criteria for Wells Fargo Off Campus Recruitment Drive 2021:

• Qualification:
• University degree in Business or related discipline.
• Experience of 0-5 years in JAVA technology, and/or scripting languages like python.
• Knowledge in latest tech stack – Micro-services, sprint boot, CI/CD
• Strong analytical skills.
• Fluency in English and at least one regional language.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience of working across one or more geographic territories or regions
• Certification or knowledge of Equities Trading domain

Job Description:

• Requirement Analysis: a Understanding the functional aspects of the clients’ requirement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop application and frameworks for Equities technology that help drive automation, CI/CD and seamless integration of applications with testing/monitoring suites.
• Drive customer satisfaction by cultivating awareness of each client’s needs and offering products to suit their goals.
• Build automation tools in close collaboration with various equities tech teams.

Department Overview:

Capital Markets Technology portfolio consists of Technology solutions for Primary Markets /Investment Banking/GIB Municipal Products/Asset Backed Finance, various Secondary Markets Trading verticals (like Equities, Fixed Income, and Commodities etc.) and Institutional Investor Services (like Prime Brokerage, Futures Commission Merchant Services). Technology group is also organized as cross product horizontals (including Electronic Trading Services, Risk & Compliance Services, and Funding, collateral and liquidity management and Operations technology).
